Account, dashboard, free tier, first waitlist setup, and who LaunchList is built for.

LaunchList is viral pre-launch waitlist software built for startup founders. It combines an embeddable signup form (or a free hosted landing page), a built-in referral program with queue position and rewards, fraud-grade spam protection, and 13+ no-code integrations for tools like Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Slack, and Zapier.
Founders use it to collect high-intent emails before launch, turn each signup into a referral driver, and ship with a warm audience already in line. Pricing is one-time per campaign — there is no monthly subscription. See the full feature list or watch the interactive demo.
LaunchList is built for any founder, indie hacker, or product team running a pre-launch, beta, or early-access motion. It works for SaaS startups, consumer apps, creator products, AI tools, Web3 launches, and e-commerce drops.
The most common use cases are closed and open beta waitlists, coming-soon pages, early-access signups, referral-driven launches, and Product Hunt launch waitlists. If your goal is to capture warm emails and grow them virally before you flip the switch on launch day, LaunchList fits.
No — you can run a waitlist on LaunchList with no website at all. Every project ships with a free hosted waitlist page at getlaunchlist.com/pages/your-slug, and on a paid plan you can connect your own custom domain.
The hosted page is fully customizable in the dashboard — logo, colors, hero copy, sections like Features and FAQs, and your referral mechanics — without writing a single line of code. See hosted page vs embedded widget if you are deciding which to use.
Creating your first waitlist takes about 90 seconds:

Yes. LaunchList is free for the first 100 submissions per project, with unlimited projects on the free tier. You get the full feature set — referrals, spam protection, integrations, and analytics — at zero cost.
When you outgrow 100 signups, you upgrade with a one-time payment per campaign: $19 for 500 signups (Launch), $79 for 10,000 signups (Grow), or custom pricing for 100k+ (Scale). There is no monthly subscription. See the pricing page or the full refund policy.
No coding is required for any LaunchList feature.
To embed on your site, you copy two lines (a <script> tag and an empty <div>) into your page — the same pattern used by Google Analytics. Every supported platform has a step-by-step integration guide with screenshots: Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, Wix, Carrd, Bubble, and more.
If you do not have a website at all, skip the embed and use the free hosted page — entirely no-code from the dashboard.
Yes. Every LaunchList account can host unlimited waitlist projects. The free tier of 100 submissions applies per project, so each campaign starts with its own free quota.
Each project has independent settings, branding, embed key, hosted page, referral rewards, custom fields, and exports. This is useful if you are running a multi-product launch (one waitlist per product), staging a closed beta and an open beta separately, or operating an agency rolling out waitlists for multiple clients.
If you upgrade, each paid plan covers a single waitlist — see pricing FAQs.
Yes — beta and early-access programs are core LaunchList use cases.
Each signup gets a queue position you can sort and export by, so you can invite testers in waves instead of all at once. Common patterns:
LaunchList does not push to TestFlight or Google Play directly — the export step is the hand-off to your platform of choice.
Visit /password/reset and enter the email you signed up with. We will send you a one-time reset link valid for 60 minutes. Click it and choose a new password.
If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then make sure you are using the same address you registered with. Still stuck? Email [email protected] or open the in-app chat and we will reset it manually.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings → Delete account. Account deletion permanently removes your projects, signups, and personal data — there is no recovery window.
Before deleting, export your waitlist data so you keep a copy. Full walkthrough in Delete account docs. For data-deletion requests on behalf of an end user (GDPR right to erasure), see data privacy FAQs.
